Welcome to the FastPass Help Desk Client.
The Help Desk Client is designed to be used by IT Help Desk Analysts in their work with clients calling the Help Desk regarding password problems.
The Help Desk Analyst will after having identified and authenticated her/him self in the login process be able to identify a client user and then select a number of actions against this user. When a service call is completed the "Home" menu can be selected and a new client user can be identified.
